Biography
A native of Fort Wayne, IN, Jack earned his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law and 1980 and joined BP&M in 1983. He is very active with a variety of charitable and social organizations and is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Allen County Bar Association.Throughout his career as a lawyer Jack has focused primarily on personal injury claims. For the last twenty-five years his cases have been limited to representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. He has focused on claims involving automobile collisions; wrongful death; professional negligence including both medical and legal negligence; and premises claims based upon the negligence of a business in properly maintaining their property.
